What you are thankful for?
This week we will celebrate Thanksgiving here in the United States. This always begs the question “what are you thankful for?”
I’m thankful and grateful for so many things, first and foremost is my sobriety. Without that, I almost certainly wouldn’t be alive, let alone thankful for anything.
Second, I was delighted to get another good report from my oncologist last week. I remain cancer free as I approach my 4th anniversary of my diagnosis of ovarian cancer. I am so very grateful for my husband and his love and support.
Following your heart and dreams is not always easy on your spouse and while I would imagine that sometimes Jimmy wishes for the status quo, he wants me to be happy ~ and becoming a life coach makes me very happy.
I am blessed to be loved and supported by my cousins, Jimmy’s family and dear friends, old and new. I’ve met some amazing women this year who have embraced me, and I them, as we build new friendships & tribes. I’ve also developed a love affair with horses. I’m so smitten that I’ve reserved my spot with the Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching to start in March, 2019.
Please share what you’re grateful for ~ I’d be most thankful!

Dear dear friend, I am grateful I met you some 48 yrs ago. You still have that wonderful smile, infectious laugh, and amazing head of hair. Also, that you forgave me for letting my sister talk us into being sleeping bag zombies resulting in a broken collarbone for you.😬I am also very grateful you are, and will remain Cancer free. Hugs to you and Jimmy
